Cancellation policy

This policy covers how to change or cancel the things you book or subscribe
to with Saif Voice Academy.

Paying in instalments
Instalment purchases are final and can't be refunded or cancelled. If a payment fails and we can't collect it, access ends and money already paid isn't returned. Booked sessions more than 24 hours away are cancelled; sessions within 24 hours and lessons already taken stay as they are. The 30-day guarantee applies to pay-in-full purchases only.

1-on-1 Sessions
To cancel or reschedule a session, email contact@saifvoice.com and a real
person will sort it out with you.

- Reschedule 24 hours or more before your session — we'll move you to any
  open slot at no charge.
- Cancel 24 hours or more before your session — full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before your session — non-refundable, and we can't
  promise a free move, because the time was held for you. Email us anyway if
  something urgent has come up; we're reasonable.
- No-show — if you don't attend and haven't told us beforehand, the session
  counts as taken.
- If Saif needs to cancel or move a session — full refund or a new time,
  whichever you prefer.

Practice Studio (subscription)
To cancel, email contact@saifvoice.com and we'll stop your billing right away
— you can also cancel from your account if your plan appears there.
Cancelling stops all future billing and you keep access until the end of the
period you've already paid for. See our Refund Policy
(/policies/refund-policy) for refunds on a period you were just charged for.

Courses and bundles
Courses and bundles are one-time purchases with lifetime access, so there's
nothing to cancel. If one isn't right for you, use the 30-day money-back
guarantee in our Refund Policy (/policies/refund-policy).

Personal Review credits and gift cards
Credits and gift cards aren't subscriptions, so there's nothing to cancel.

Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of the rights you already have under the consumer law
where you live — it never replaces them.
